Benidorm’s Mediterranean climate benefits from its privileged geographical location. The municipal area is surrounded by a series of mountain ranges- la Sierra de Aitana, el Tossal de la Cala and Sierra Helada- that protect it from the strong, cold winds. On the other hand, the sea breeze softens the high summer temperatures, thus offering mild evenings to visitors.
The combination of all the factors above results in a mild climate all though the year and scanty rainfalls that allow enjoying Benidorm at most. Average temperatures are: 20ºC during Fall, 19ºC in Winter, 23 or 24ºC in Spring, and approximately 32ºC in Summer time
